Refund policy

Thank you for purchasing our products at Tigerway.shop operated by Tiger Way.

We do our best to ensure the accuracy of every order that is shipped out.

However, due to the nature of our business and products we sell, several types of products are exempt from being returned.

Perishable items such as coffee cannot be returned.

Also note that no refunds are available on the same. Personalised merchandise cannot be returned or exchanged because we can not reuse these products.

If our products arrived damaged in any way, please contact us right away and we will be happy to assist you with this matter.

For any other products, you will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs to return your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the return shipping cost will be deducted from it.
